Dear Friend,

Mary usually writes the Care and Share letter but this month, the letter is being pirated away by the two of us—Julie and Todd, Mary’s daughter and son-in-law.

We thought this would be a good year to step up the celebration of Mary’s birthday as it falls on a most unusual date—11/11/11. She prefers to avoid her birthday, but as you well know, pirates aren’t all that keen on preferences.   So….

We’d love for you to write a few words of appreciation for Mary’s 27 years in this ministry, and we’ll present them to her. Your kind words will mean more to her than anything else we could give her.

Through all the years, Mary’s passion to teach biblical principles in a practical way—especially as they relate to Christians in the workplace—has never faded (even as her interest in birthdays has).

This may also be a time where we can encourage Mary by helping financially sustain the ministry she is so passionate about. Would you consider being a part of a very strong birthday gift of support for The Christian Working Woman this month? It is much needed, and Mary will be energized by that support.

Please take a minute to write a few words of birthday greeting for Mary.

Thanks in advance for joining us in celebrating with Mary!
